1. SENIOR COPYWRITER

He/She should be able to ideate, conceptualize and provide eye-popping written content for a wide range of products, and across media channels. He/She must ensure the work is in synergy with the brief and work within the branding strategy and target groups of each client. He/She will initiate brainstorming sessions for the team and meet all submission deadlines.

A creative, curious nature is all-important. Should be able to manage several projects simultaneously. Excellent writing, communication and proof-reading skills crucial. Ability to write in English and Hindi a distinct advantage. Should be techno-savvy.
 

 

2. CREATIVE DIRECTOR - ART

The ideal candidate would be :  

Key Responsibilities :   

         Responsible for producing innovative ideas for advertising campaigns across all media.

         Highly creative and have excellent computer skills in relevant art and design software packages.

         Have excellent communication skills

         Able to work well as part of a team

         Highly motivated and well organized.

         Able to work under pressure.

         Have a good eye for detail.

         Have an impressive portfolio of past and current work.

 

3. MANAGER – CLIENT SERVICING

The ideal candidate would be able to extensively communicate with clients to accurately assess their needs, be adept at quickly and effectively resolving problems with creative solutions, and have an excellent understanding of different advertising mediums and how they contribute to the overall success of campaigns. Non-linear thinking skills to present innovative solutions to clients, tact and diplomacy are essential.

Key Responsibilities :   

         Driving client service excellence through the entire Client Development team  

         Developing a strong understanding of clients’ marketing and business objectives  

         Driving high-level strategic plans and objectives  

         Maximising revenue from each client and ensure clients are retained  

         Bringing new business opportunities through your extended external network  

         Ensuring that the team is continually developing its market, innovation and expert knowledge  


4.CLIENT SERVICING EXECUTIVE

The ideal candidate should be able to :

Key Responsibilities :   

         Understanding client requirements and act as a mediator between client the agency 

         Day-to-day interaction with the client and Maintain & retain Client relationship.  

         Should be highly proactive and observant, with positive attitudes towards tasks on hand 

         Ability to accurately provide clients briefs, inputs and feedback to the internal team  

         Create new communities and maintain existing social media relationships by proactively engaging with varied audiences.  

         Analyzing client's direct brief, add value while formulating the creative brief, pursue development of creatives and timely delivery  

         Planning & coordinating all activities on the account and managing up-to-date info and account details related to each client  

         Cold calling to prospective clients and Lead generating 

         Be aware of competition through first hand market research / desk research  


Qualifications:   

         Graduates/Post Graduates/Diploma in Advertising /Management. 

         Smart and presentable, with excellent communication and networking skills. 

         Should be a go-getter, fast, multi-tasker, team player and optimistic.  

         Well versed in client handling skills and should have positive attitude.

Experience:   

Minimum 1 - 2 yrs.
